5 X 5 Cedar Post, White, Fluting, Base Trim, Crown Cap
Our 5 x 5 Post is constructed with kiln-dried, laminated Western Red Cedar. Kiln drying drastically reduces warping and stress checking common in larger sizes of lumber. Laminating individual planks of wood to create a larger beam results in higher strength, so important at curbside for withstanding adverse elements and hazards in the environment. Our laminated Cedar posts are unique in the industry. The superior performance over the extended life of the post more than justifies the additional expense over competitive offerings.
