Shipping & Returns

Installation / Shipping Options

Store Pick-Up:  All items are available for store pick-up. There are no packing or handling charges for orders picked up at the store. 

Installation:  Have your mailbox and/or post professionally installed to USPS requirements. Our trained and insured personnel are fully equipped to get the job done right. All posts are set in concrete. Mailboxes are attached with top grade rust resistant hardware.  Your old mailbox and/or post will be removed and recycled.

Area Served: Fairfield County CT, Westchester & Putnam Counties NY, and nearby locations.

Shipping: United Parcel Service (UPS):  All purchases (except Cedar Posts*) can be shipped anywhere in continental USA at our preferred UPS corporate rates.  All items are shipped insured. Inspect for damage on arrival and immediately notify carrier of any damage.  Damage claims with carriers are the customers responsibility.
*Cedar post exceed UPS size limits and cannot be shipped. We suggest customers order Aluminum posts if destination is beyond local travel range. 

Suitabilty / Accuracy

We strongly recommend double checking orders before placement to prevent errors. Customers are responsible for determining suitability of application.  All inquiries welcome prior to order placement.


Cancellations/returns 

Orders in process where work has been started are subject to cancellation or change order fees. Minimum fee $30.

Non-stocking special order items subject to vendors cancellation policy. In most cases a special order item cannot be canceled if work has been started and payment will not be refunded.

Personalized, custom built  and, special order items are not returnable.

Standard, non-personalized items may be returned at buyers expense  if returned in brand new, re-saleable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Merchant fees incurred with credit cards are non refundable. A discounted amount may be offered for any goods not in brand new, resalable condition. If the amount offered is not satisfactory, items can be returned to customer at customer expense. We recommend customers choose items and colors carefully before placing order. If necessary to return, package securely and ship insured.

All returns must be pre-approved before shipment.
